博弈论视角下海南省黎族传统体育文化遗产保护研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、实地考察法和专家访谈法等,在博弈论视角下,分析得出海南省黎族传统体育文化遗产保护博弈主体为:遗产持有机构、政府职能部门、旅游产业机构。从博弈主体的价值功能出发,构建博弈主体的框架结构,进行博弈利益取向分析,提出海南省黎族传统体育文化遗产保护的博弈策略:提高黎族传统体育项目在大众健身中的参与指数;发挥政府主导作用与社会组织力量并行;加强科研机构理论研究与人才培养相结合;促进法律法规与保护政策共同监督:实现黎族传统体育文化遗产走上旅游发展道路。This paper studies on the protection of Hainan Lizu traditional sports cultural heritage by utilizing the methods of literature review,field work and experts interview from the perspective of games theory,discovering the heritage holding institutes,relative government departments and tourism industry organizations as the principal parts of its protection.Based on the values and foundations of the principal parts,this paper discusses the construction of the game framework of the principal parts and the analyses of the game interest orientation,and propose the game measures of the protection of Hainan Lizu traditional physical cultural heritage,such as improving the degree of public involvement in Lizu traditional sports activities,stimulating the dominant role of the government and the ability of social organization,enhancing the cooperation of scientific theory research and talent training,promoting the joint supervision of laws and regulations and protection policies,and realizing the touristic development of Lizu traditional cultural heritage.
