摘 要:农民工和私营企业主是改革开放过程中新出现的两大社会阶层,农民工与私营企业主之间的劳动关系实质是阶层利益关系。选取劳动报酬、劳动环境、劳动合同与社会保障以及权益维护等与两大阶层利益紧密关联的四大劳动关系要素,通过社会调查收集数据,进行因子分析、相关分析以及回归分析发现:劳动报酬、劳动环境、劳动合同与社会保障以及权益维护因素中的纠纷调解因子对农民工与私营企业主阶层利益关系和谐度有显著正向影响,且其影响大小存在差异,其中劳动报酬的影响最大,其次是劳动环境、劳动合同与社会保障,最后是纠纷调解。提高农民工劳动报酬,改善农民工劳动环境,完善农民工社会保障制度,建立健全农民工与私营企业劳资纠纷化解机制是构建和谐劳动关系的可行选择。Migrant workers and private enterprise owners are two new social strata that appeared during the course of re-form and opening-up,and the essence of labor relations between migrant workers and private enterprises is actually akind of interest relations between social strata. The authors of this paper selected four labor relation factors that are close-ly related to the interests of the two strata:remuneration of labor,working environment,labor contract and social security,and rights and interest protection. They collected data through a social survey and made determinant analysis as wellas correlation and regression analysis. The result indicates that remuneration of labor,working environment,labor con-tract and social security,and the dispute mediation determinant with in right and interest protection have significantlypositive influence on the degree of harmonious labor relations between migrant workers and private enterprises,and the corresponding impact on labor relations between them ranks,from the highest to the lowest,as follows:remunerationof labor,working environment,labor contract and social security,and the dispute mediation determinant. Therefore,inorder to construct harmonious labor relations between migrant workers and private enterprises,it is a feasible option toraise migrant workers' wages,improve their working environment,optimize the social security system for them,and es-tablish or improve mechanisms for resolving labor disputes between migrant workers and private enterprises.
