摘　　要：目的 分析深圳市宝安区小学生视力变化情况,探讨多种群体性干预措施对防控视力低下的效果.方法 采用多阶整群抽样方法随机选取深圳市宝安区8所小学,对3～5年级共86个班级的学生进行调查研究,将研究对象随机分为用眼行为管理、多维视觉爱眼体操、视力架坐姿矫正和对照组共4个组,于2013年4月首次视力检查,持续干预15个月后再次进行视力检查,并对干预效果进行评价.结果 15个月内小学生视力下降明显;用眼行为管理可有效延缓视力低下检出率的增长,同时起到降低视力低下新发率和增加其恢复率的效果,而多维视觉爱眼体操和视力架坐姿矫正器在防治小学生视力低下效果尚不明显.结论 用眼行为管理能有效控制小学生视力低下的进展,对保护学生视力健康及预防近视起到积极作用.Objective To analyze the change of eyesight among pupils in Shenzhen Baoan District and evaluate the effects of different interventions on prevention and control of their eyesight dysfunction. Methods A school-based, multistage-cluster sampling study was conducted. 86 classes in Grade 3-5 were selected from 8 schools in Baoan District and the baseline information were investigated on April, 2013. All objects were randomly assigned to 4 groups： behavior management group, ocular gymnastics intervention group, correcting sitting posture group and control group. After the continuous interventions of 15 months, the eyesight was examined again and the intervention effects were evaluated. Results The eyesight of pupils was rapidly decreased in 15 months. Managing of the vision-relation behaviors, could effectively postpone the deterioration of eyesight dysfunction as well as partly recovering the poor eyesight. But there were no statistical significances on the effects of ocular gymnastics intervention and correcting sitting posture. Conclusions Prevention and control of eyesight dysfunction should be focused on pupils. The management of vision-related behaviors plays an active role in protecting students＇ eyesight health and preventing myopia.
