摘 要:目的探讨毛叶香茶菜提取物乙酸乙酯部分(IJE)在体内外对人卵巢癌Skov-3细胞的作用。方法采用MTT法检测IJE对人卵巢癌Skov-3细胞增殖的抑制作用;应用裸鼠Skov-3卵巢癌移植瘤模型,以移植瘤生长曲线,计算腹腔注射IJE后的移植瘤瘤重抑制率。结果 MTT检测显示,IJE对卵巢癌Skov-3细胞有较强增殖抑制作用,其48和72 h的IC_50分别为48.17和34.75μg/ml;IJE的3个剂量组(100,200,300 mg/kg)对Skov-3裸鼠肿瘤抑制率分别为24.71%、59.92%和64.61%,且呈浓度依赖性。结论 IJE在体内体外对Skov-3细胞的生长增殖均有抑制作用,相关机制及有效成分仍有待进一步研究。Objective To study the effects of Rabdosia japonica extract (IJE) on human ovarian cancer Skov-3 cell in vivo and in vitro. Methods The inhibitory effect of IJE on proliferation of Skov-3 ovarian cancer cells was measured by MTT. The nude mouse model of human ovarian cancer xenografts was used to draw transplant tumor growth curve and test inhibition rate of IJE on human ovarian cancer. Results IJE showed an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Skov-3 human tumor cells. The IC50 of 48 and 72 h were 48.17 μg/ml and 34.75 μg/ml respectively. The inhibition rate of the three groups (low-, middle-, and high-dose group) of IJE in Skov-3 ovarian cancer xenografts in nude mouse model were 24.71%, 59.92% and 64.61% respectively, in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion IJE can inhibit the growth and proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells Skov-3 in vivo and in vitro. However, the mechanism and active ingredients remain to be studied.
