摘 要:目的研究在神经内科临床教学中融入医患沟通教育的效果。方法将于该院神经内科实习的2010—2011届的医学生共74名,随机分为两组,实验组采用传统临床教学模式的同时,融入医患沟通教育;对照组仅采用传统临床教学模式。以临床医生的考核评价以及患者的满意度作为评判标准。结果实验组和对照组的理论知识成绩差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.836,P>0.05),而两组医患沟通能力评分的差异具有统计学意义(t=8.627,P<0.05)。患者对于医学生的满意度是实验组高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该教学方法在学生中也是得到了认可。结论在神经内科教学中融入医患沟通教育具有良好的效果,能够有效提高临床实习医学生的医患沟通能力,在以后的临床教学中,应多加入医患沟通的教育。Objective To research into the effects of doctor-patient communication education in neurology clinical teaching.Methods Subjects taken to hospital neurology practice of medical students 2010-2011 a total of 74 sessions were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group using traditional clinical teaching model at the same time, into the doctorpatient communication and education; control group using traditional clinical teaching mode. Evaluation with clinicians and patient satisfaction as a criterion.Results Differences in the performance of theoretical knowledge in the experimental group and the control group was not statistically significant(t=0.836, P〉0.05), while the two patient communication ability score difference was statistically significant(t =8.627,P〈 0.05). Patient satisfaction for medical students is higher in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). The teaching method the students also been recognized.Conclusion Integration of teaching in neurology patient communication education has a good effect, can effectively improve the clinical practice of doctor-patient communication skills of medical students, clinical teaching in the future, should join patient communication education.
