摘  要:目的分析白城市食品中主要食源性致病菌的污染水平和趋势,及时发现安全隐患,进行风险预警。方法随机抽取白城市区、城乡结合户、农村集市等市场中出售的食品,采用GBT/4789-2010《食品卫生检验方法微生物学部分》方法进行检验。结果采集7类18种245件食品样品,其中4类食品中9个样品3种致病菌结果阳性,总检出阳性率为3.67%,未检出志贺氏菌。结论白城市居民主要消费食品存在食源性致病菌污染,其中速冻米面制品、肉及肉制品、膨化食品、地方特色食品是主要污染食品,致病菌主要以沙门氏为主,市场流通环节存在二次污染。Objective Analysis of pollution levels and trends of urban food mainly white foodborne pathogens, timely detection of safety problems and risk warning. Methods Random sale of food on Baicheng city, urban-rural households, rural markets and other markets, inspection using GBT/4789-2010 "food hygiene inspection method microbiology section". Results We collected 7 categories 18 kinds 245 food samples, 4 categories food in 9 samples 3 kinds of bacteria detected positive overall result was positive 3.67%, shigella were not detected. Conclusion Baicheng residents major consumer presence of foodborne pathogens in food contamination. Frozen rice products, meat and meat products, puffed food, local specialty food contaminated food is a major. The main pathogenic bacteria salmonella, market circulation secondary pollution.
