秩和比法在职业卫生监督质量比较中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用秩和比法比较不同年度职业卫生监督质量。方法以某地1993—2000年职业卫生监督工作质量指标的观测值为基本资料,应用基于秩和比的分档法和普通线图分别进行聚类分析和发展趋势分析。结果该地1993—2000年职业卫生监督工作质量的排序结果为1993年<1994年<1996年<1995年<1997年<1999年<1998年<2000年,且1993年和1994年为下等,1995、1996和1997年为中等,1999、1998年和2000年为上等,从总体上看呈上升趋势。RSR法、最优指标法和TOPSIS法的排序结果均是可以接受的。结论应用秩和比法比较不同年度不同年度职业卫生监督质量,不仅可以对其进行排序,而且可以进行聚类和发展趋势分析,从而在改进职业卫生监督工作的同时,达到提高劳动者健康水平之目的。与最优指标法和TOPSIS法比较而言,秩和比法计算更为简单明了,原理自明,值得在职业卫生监督质量综合评价中推广应用。Objective Application of RSR to compare the quality of occupational health supervision in different years.Methods To a certain place from 1993 to 2000 occupational health supervision observation quality indicators is basic information, application of cluster analysis based on RSR sub-file method, application of ordinary line diagram development trend analysis. Results The place from 1993 to 2000 results of the sort of quality of health profession supervision 1993 1994 1996 1995 1997 1999 1998 2000, 1993 and 1994 for the worst, in 1995, 1996 and 1997 as moderate, in1999, 1998 and 2000 for the best, judging from the overall development of the rise. RSR method, optimal index method and TOPSIS method to sort the results are acceptable. Conclusion Application of RSR to compare the quality of occupational health supervision in different years, not only it can be sorted, and can be clustering and development trend analysis, thus at the same time improving the occupational health supervision, to achieve the purpose of improving the health of workers.Compared with the optimal index method and TOPSIS method, the calculation of RSR is more simple, self-evident principle, it is the quality of supervision in occupational health Comprehensive Assessment application.
