摘　　要：重性精神病人社区防治管理是以社区为基本单位,建立的一支以重性精神病人为管理目标的服务性团队。基于原有的社区防治管理模式的种种弊端,对于创新试点模式的探讨势在必行。该研究首先分析了重性精神病人社区防治管理的现状,进而探讨了创新试点模式建设的必要性以及可行性,最后阐述了创新试点模式的内容以及对策,为重性精神病人的防治管理提供了参考。The Community prevention and management for severe mental patients is established as the basic unit of the community, serve as the objectives of the service team. Due to the drawbacks of existing community-based prevention and management mode, to explore innovative pilot model is imperative. The model analyzes the current status of community prevention and treatment of severe mental patient management, discusses experience of the Quanzhou Fengzhe District and Licheng District. The innovative pilot mode may provide a reference for better prevention and management and rehabilitation for severe mental patients.
