摘  要:目的探讨在职业病科实施医患沟通在改善医患关系中的作用。方法 2011年1月—2014年12月在济南医院职业病科实施医患沟通改革措施,对改革前后患者满意度数据进行统计分析。结果医患沟通实施后,患者满意度较实施前明显提高。实施前后两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从这四年实施的情况来看,有效的医患沟通可以增加医务人员与患者之间的相互理解,提高患者对医务人员及医院的信任度。实践证明,有效的医患沟通在改善医患关系、防范医疗纠纷中具有非常重要的作用。Objective Discussion on the implementation of doctor-patient communication in improving the doctor-patient relationship in the role of occupation diseases.Methods In January 2011 to December 2014, Jinan hospital of occupational diseases in the implementation of the reform measures of doctor-patient communication, before and after the reform of the patient satisfaction data for statistical analysis.Results After the implementation of communication between doctors and pa-tients, patients' satisfaction was significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05)before and after the implementation of the two groups. Conclusion From the four years of implementation of the situation, the effective commu-nication between doctors and patients can increase the mutual understanding between medical personnel and patients, im-prove the patient's trust in the medical personnel and hospitals.The practice has proved that the effective communication between doctors and patients is very important in improving the relationship between doctors and patients and preventing medical disputes.
