摘　　要：目的观察金属桩或纤维桩加核树脂修复高龄患者根面龋患牙的临床效果。方法对280例高龄患者的548颗根面龋累及牙髓的患牙在完成根管治疗后,分别采用金属桩加核树脂（金属桩加核树脂组248颗）、纤维桩加核树脂（纤维桩加核树脂组201颗）、纳米树脂直接充填（对照组99颗）修复牙冠外形。随访12~36个月,评价疗效。结果金属桩加核树脂组、纤维桩加核树脂组、对照组的成功率分别为88.31%、81.59%、58.59%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=40.03,P〈0.001）,其中金属桩加核树脂组成功率高于纤维桩加核树脂组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.99,P=0.046）。对照组成功率低于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论高龄患者根面龋患牙根管治疗后用金属桩或纤维桩加核树脂行保守修复可取得较好效果,且金属桩效果更好。Objective To observe the the restoration effect of metal post or fiber-reinforced post with core resin in se-nile patients” root caries. Methods 548 endodontically treated root caries teeth from 280 patients were restored by metal post combined with core resin （ 248 teeth in metal post group） , fiber-reinforced post combined with core resin （ 201 teeth in fiber-reinforced post group） , and nanoment resin （ 99 teeth in control group） seperately. The restoration effect was evaluated after 12-36 months follow-up. Results The preservation success rates in metal post group, fiber-reinforced post group and control group were 88. 31%, 81. 59% and 58. 59% respectively. A significant difference was found among 3 groups （χ2 =40. 03, P〈0. 001） . The success rate in metal group was higher than in fiber-reinforced post group （χ2 =3. 99, P=0. 046） . The success rate in control group was lower than the other two groups （ P〈0. 001） . Conclu-sion The conservative treatment with metal post or fiber-reinforced post combined with resin core was useful in the resto-ration of endodontically treated root caries for senile patients, and metal post was more advisable.
