摘  要:目的观察食管鳞状细胞癌中CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD的表达与临床病理特征的关系及预后意义。方法用免疫组化的方法,检测74例食管鳞状细胞癌及50例癌旁正常组织中CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD的表达情况,并结合病历资料分析研究其临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD均在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中有较高的表达,在癌旁正常组织表达较低,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CXCR4、EGFR、MVD的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的淋巴结转移和TNM分期有相关性(P<0.05),TGFβ1表达则不相关。CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD表达均与食管鳞状细胞癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤发生不同部位、肿瘤大小长度、细胞分化程度、吸烟嗜好、饮酒嗜好不相关。CXCR4分别与EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中均高表达,且CXCR4、EGFR、MVD与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有相关性,提示其与食管癌细胞的增殖、凋亡、浸润、转移等生物学行为密切相关。CXCR4、EGFR、TGFβ1、MVD的联合检测,对于食管鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断、预后判断、治疗选择都具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1 and MVD in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and explore the correlation between each other, and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods Collected 74 cases from patients with esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma and 50 cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma. The expression of CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1, MVD was checked on the protein level by immunohistochemical method. Combined with the medical record data analysis, the relationship between them and the clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1, MVD had higher expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and lower expression in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). There were close relations between the expression of CXCR4, EGFR, MVD and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma and correlated with TNM staging (P〈0.05), but TGFβ1 was not. There were not relevant relations between the expression level and the patients' different gender, age, smoking habit, drinking alcoho, grade of differentiation, tumor site, tumor size, length. CXCR4 respectively with EGFR, TGFβ1, MVD expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma had a positive correlation (P〈0.05). Conclusion CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1, MVD were highly expressed in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues, and CXCR4, EGFR, MVD has correlation with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages, which suggest that they are closely related to proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and the other biological behavior of esophageal cancer cell. The expression of CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1 and MVD in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues have a positive correlation. The joint detection of CXCR4, EGFR, TGFβ1 and MVD may have important significance in the early diagnosis, choice of treatment and prognosis judgment of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.
