摘 要:优化弧齿锥齿轮的结构尺寸能有效减少车桥减速器齿轮、轴承座和箱壳的重量,设计出在工作齿面采用大压力角,在非工作齿面采用标准压力角的双压力角弧齿锥齿轮。推导双压力角弧齿锥齿轮齿廓的球坐标方程,依据SUV后桥主减速器对称弧齿锥齿轮的设计参数,在PRO/E环境下建立双压力角弧齿锥齿轮三维模型,并建立有限元接触模型,对齿面接触应力进行分析。设计用于切削双压力角弧齿锥齿轮主动轮、被动轮的内切刀片与外切刀片,加工出双压力角弧齿锥齿轮主动轮和被动轮。通过机械双环封闭式齿轮寿命试验台进行疲劳寿命试验,结果表明,轻量化25%后的双压力角弧齿锥齿轮的疲劳寿命符合标准要求,并且高于SUV后桥主减速器原对称齿轮寿命,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性,为车辆传动装置轻量化技术提供了可行的方法。Optimizing the structure of the spiral bevel gear can effectively reduce the weight of the gear, bearing and box shell of axle reducer. A spiral bevel gear with a large pressure angle at driving side and a standard one at coast side is presented. The equations of spherical coordinates of tooth profile for spiral bevel gear with double pressure angles are proposed. Based on the design parameters of symmetric spiral bevel gear of SUV rear axle reducer, the 3D model of spiral bevel gear with double pressure angles in PRO/E is built. The contact model of finite element is established, and then the tooth face contact stress is analyzed. The inside and outside blades are designed for cutting driving gear and driven gear of spiral bevel gear with double pressure angles, and the spiral bevel gear pair with double pressure angles are manufactured. The experiment of fatigue life is carried on by the closed test bench. The experimental result shows that the fatigue life of spiral bevel gear with double pressure angles for lightweight 25% conforms to the requirements of the standard, and the fatigue life is higher than the one of SUV rear axle reducer. The correctness of finite element analysis result is verified and a practicable method is provided for lightweight technology of vehicle transmission.
