摘　　要：目的:观察口服锌制剂联合外用甘氨酰甘氨酸改善面部毛孔粗大现象,探讨可能的机制原理。方法:选择48名健康女性大学生受试者,随机分成三个试验组和一个对照组,观察口服锌制剂和/或外用甘氨酰甘氨酸8周后毛孔的改善程度。结果:口服葡萄糖酸锌和外用甘氨酰甘氨酸都有缩小毛孔的效果,两种方法联用对毛孔的改善效果明显优于单独使用某一种手段的效果,推测可能与两种方法联用产生的协同效应有关。结论:口服锌制剂联合外用甘氨酰甘氨酸可以显著改善面部毛孔粗大现象。Objective Observe the improvement of oral zinc supplements combining with topical glycylglycine on facial pores and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Forty-eight university female students（girls）were randomly divided into three treatment groups and one control group;all groups were treated with oral zinc supplements and/or topical glycylglycine to improve facial pores for 8 weeks. Result Both oral zinc supplements and topical glycylglycine was effective to reduce the diameters of facial pores.The effect of combination by two methods was much better than the result of one method alone,which might be attributed to the synergistic effect of the combination. Conclusion Oral zinc supplements combining with topical glycylglycine has significant therapeutic efficacy on facial pores.
