排龈技术在楔状缺损充填修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:观察排龈技术应用于临床楔状缺损修复的效果。方法:选择楔状缺损患者36例(218颗患牙),随机分配为排龈修复组和直接修复组,1年复查,参照美国公共健康协会修正标准(USPHS)和姬爱平、王嘉德临床直接评定标准进行修复体及牙龈健康情况临床效果评价。结果:共回访33例(201颗牙),两组修复体脱落率无差异,修复体质量有差异,牙龈健康情况有显著差异。结论:排龈技术应用在楔状缺损修复能提高修复体的质量,减少牙龈炎的发生。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the resin restoration of wedge-shaped defect using gingival retraction cord. Methods 218 teeth with wedge-shaped defects in 36 patients were enrolled in this study,and randomly divided into two groups：resin restored with gingival retraction cord and direct resin restoration.The teeth were evaluated according to USPHS criterion at one-year recall. Results 201 teeth in 33 patients were evaluated,there were no significant difference in restoration failure between two groups,but the quality of the restoration and the gingiva status differed significantly. Conclusion The application of gingival retraction cord in restoration of wedge-shaped defect could improve the quality of the restoration and avoid gingivitis.
