自锁托槽影响下中切牙牙根外吸收的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价自锁托槽在正畸治疗中对下中切牙牙根外吸收的影响。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane library、CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库,筛选出比较自锁托槽与传统托槽在正畸治疗过程中对下中切牙牙根外吸收影响的随机对照研究(RCT),并对纳入研究的参考文献进行手工检索。对最终纳入的研究进行资料提取及质量评估,并运用Ravman软件进行Meta分析。结果:总纳入文献2篇。Meta分析结果提示,自锁托槽与传统托槽在正畸治疗中下中切牙发生牙根外吸收的程度无统计学差异。结论:目前尚无足够证据表明自锁托槽较传统托槽在正畸治疗中能有效减少患者下中切牙发生牙根外吸收的程度。Objective To evaluate the differences external apical root resorption in mandibular incisors between self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets during orthodontic treatment. Methods An electronic search of Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.The studies of randomized controlled trials（RCT）which compared the external apical root resorption in mandibular incisors between self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets during orthodontic treatment were selected and reviewed.The reference lists of the retrieved full articles were also hand searched.Data extraction and quality assessment were performed,and Revman software was used for data analysis and Meta-analysis. Results 2 studies were included. The result of Meta-analysis showed that there were no significant differences between self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets in terms of the external apical root resorption in mandibular incisors during orthodontic treatment. Conclusion There was insufficient high- quality evidence to support the self- ligating brackets over traditional brackets in the term of reduce the external apical root resorption in mandibular incisors during orthodontic treatment.
