上颌窦底内提升不植骨同期种植术26例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨上颌窦内提升不植骨同期种植术治疗剩余牙槽骨高度（residual bone high,RBH）不足的上颌后牙缺失的临床疗效。方法：选取21例上颌后牙缺失患者（26个牙位）,种植区RBH为5~8mm,行上颌窦内提升术,同期植入种植体26颗,不植骨。术后6个月进行上部结构修复,并随访0.5~3年,以观察临床疗效。结果：患者均无上颌窦炎症,种植体骨结合良好,种植体周围边缘骨无吸收,均可正常行使咬合功能且无松动。结论：上颌窦底内提升不植骨同期种植入术方法可靠,成功率高,可有效治疗RBH不足的上颌后牙缺失。Objective To investigate the effect of osteotome sinus floor elevation without bone grafting and immediate dental implantation in the cases with residual bone high（RBH）deficiency in maxillary posterior areas. Methods 21 cases with RBH 5-8mm in the posterior maxillary areas were placed maxillary sinus lifting techniques and simultaneous implant 26 placements without bone lifting. The implants were restored after six months.All the patients were followed up for 0.5-3 years to evaluate the effect. Results None of the cases occurred inflammation of maxillary sinus.The alveolar bone were well osteointegrated with the implants.There was no bone absorption around the implants. All the implants were well functional. Conclusion The technique of osteotome sinus floor elevation and immediate dental implantation without bone grafting has satisfactory therapeutic effect and high success rate.It could be used in the maxillary posterior area implant placement with RBH deficiency.
