中度磨耗患者颞下颌关节的振动分析

摘　　要：目的:比较牙齿中度磨耗患者和个别正常牙合无磨耗者开闭口运动中颞下颌关节(TMJ)的振动参数,探讨中度磨耗对TMJ振动的影响。方法:运用关节振动分析仪记录10例中度磨耗受试者和10例个别正常牙合无磨耗受试者的TMJ振动参数,收集关节振动信号并进行提取处理及统计分析。结果:中度磨耗组右侧TMJ的振动总能量(TI)、大于300Hz(I>300Hz)研究组总能量大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中度磨耗患者TMJ振动能量大于个别正常牙合,中度磨耗患者关节振动多发生在开口中、末期及闭口中、末期。Objective To compare the vibration paramenters of temperomandibular joint（TMJ）of subjects with moderate tooth wear and normal dentition during opening and closing mandibular movement,and to discuss the influence of moderate tooth wear on TMJ vibration. Methods Ten moderate tooth wear and ten normal dentition subjects were included.The vibration parameters of TMJs of the subjects were recorded.The joint vibration signals were collected and analyzed. Results The total integral（TI）, 〉300 hertz integral（I〉300Hz）of tooth wear group were significantly higher than the normal dentition group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total integral of moderate tooth wear subjects was different from that of the normal subjects;the joint vibration of the moderate tooth wear subjects occurred mostly in he middle or at the end of the opening and closing phase.
