摘　　要：面对经济全球化和信息网络化时代,培养具有领导力的大学生已经成为国家战略人才培养、社会可持续发展和大学生个人成长的新诉求,对协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。文章对国内外大学生领导力教育的现状进行研究,分析大学生领导力教育的内涵与意义,提出中国大学生领导力教育的"四力"模型,试图指出提升大学生领导力的途径。In the face of economic globalization and information network era, the cultivation of college students has become a na-tional strategic talent training, social sustainable development and college students＇ personal growth of new demands. It is significant tocoordinate the ＂four comprehensive＂ strategic layout and to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. This paper studies thecurrent situation of the domestic and foreign college students＇ leadership education and analyzes the connotation and significance of Col-lege Students＇ leadership education, so it puts forward the ＂four forces＂ model of Chinese college students＇ leadership education andtries to point out the ways to improve college students＇leadership.
