摘　　要：文章从理性方法论、实践方法论和管理方法论等三个维度对大学的特色发展进行了方法论层面研究。在理性方法论中,明确了以有限资源获得快速发展的过程和结果为特色发展,以及特色发展是大学发展的主要途径等。在实践方法论中,对10所大学的特色发展进行了抽象概况,凝练出大学特色发展的实践路径。在管理方法论中,分析了大学的管理特点、条件制约,以及大学特色发展的趋同性明显、独特性欠缺等特点。The characteristics of the University were studied from three dimensions which include the methodology of rational meth-odology, the methodology of practice and the methodology of management. The rational methodology indicates that the process and theresult of rapid development based on the limited resources is the main way of the characteristics development, and the characteristicsdevelopment of the university is the main way of university development. The characteristics development of 10 universities were ab-stract overviewed, and the practical path of the university characteristics development were refined in the practical methodology. Themanagement characteristics and the conditions of the university are analyzed, and it is pointed out that characteristics of university de-velopment are obvious and lack of uniqueness in the management methodology.
