摘 要:创业动机与创业行为不是简单的线性关系,它们之间有着复杂的联系。文章在实证研究的基础上,一是运用灰色关联度理论发现大学生创业动机主要由激励动机、责任动机、制度动机与机会动机等四个维度组成,并且四个动机维度对大学生创业行为倾向有着不同程度的影响;二是通过相关回归分析发现激励动机维度与责任动机维度、制度动机维度与机会动机维度存在显著交互作用,个人特征对于创业动机—创业行为倾向的关系存在中介作用;三是结合研究成果对创业教育提出一些建议。Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior are not simple linear relationships, but complicated relation-ships. The paper, on the basis of empirical research, first of all, using gray correlation theory found that college students' entrepre-neurial motivation was mainly composed of four dimensions of incentive motivation, duty motivation, system motivation and opportunitymotivation. The four dimensions have different effects on entrepreneurial behavior. Secondly, using the related regression analysisshowed that there was a significant interaction both between the incentive motivation dimension and the duty motivation dimension, andbetween the system motivation dimension and the opportunity motivation dimension. Personal characteristics played intermediary role forentrepreneurial motivation -behavior tendency. Finally, combined with the research results, put forward some suggestions for entrepre-neurship education in colleges and universities.
