摘　　要：青年教师是高职院校未来发展的主力军。高职院校应从师德建设、双师工程、青蓝工程、激励机制、进修培训、保障措施等方面构建青年教师发展的六面平台体系。Young teachers are the main force for the future development of vocational colleges .T he vocational colleges should construct the six platforms system for the young teachers ’ development .T hey are morality construc-tion ,double-type teaching project ,blue project ,incentive mechanism ,training and study ,security measures .
