高职模具专业学生校外实习实践活动的引导及能力培养

摘　　要：高职模具设计与制造专业,要求学生具有一定的理论基础、较强的动手能力和实践能力。理论基础在学校的教学中能基本达到,但实践能力在学校的培养中有其一定的局限性,需要学生们到企业中去进行校外实践,从而提高其实践能力。校外实践对模具专业学生能力培养具有非常重要的作用。文章以模具专业工程技术员教育培养目标为例,说明了校外实践对高职学生能力培养的重要性。Higher vocational mold design and manufacturing major requires students to have a certain theoreti -cal foundation ,strong practical ability .T heoretical basis can basically achieve in school teaching ,but the practical a-bility has its certain limitations in school culture .T he practical ability requires the students to go to the enterprise to carry out school practice ,so as to improve their practical ability .Off campus practice plays an important role in the cultivation of the students’ ability of mold specialty .This paper is to explain the importance of practice in the field of practice for the cultivation of Higher Vocational Students ’ ability .
