摘 要:目的优化川黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的超声辅助提取工艺。方法利用高效液相色谱法测定川黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量,采用正交试验,以盐酸小檗碱提取率为考察指标,筛选最佳提取工艺参数。结果超声辅助提取川黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的最佳提取工艺参数:提取溶剂为HCl-70%甲醇(1∶100),料液比1∶20,超声功率250 W,超声温度50℃,超声提取50 min。结论优化的提取工艺条件简单可行、速度快,可以明显提高川黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的提取率。Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extracting process of berberine hydrochloride from Phellodendron chinense. Methods The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC, and orthogonal test was used with the extraction rate of berberine hydrochloride as index to determine the rational extraction process. Results The best extracting condition of berberine hydrochloride from Phellodendron chinense was as follows: HCl-70%methanol(1 ∶100), 250 W, 50℃ ultrasonic extracted 50 minutes for every time and ratio of lipuid to solid was 20 ∶1.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple, feasible and rapid, which will enhance the extraction yield of berberine hydrochloride from Phellodendron chinense.
