摘 要:从胡铁生老师提出"微课"一词,并对其进行了系统的研究和实践以来,微课在我国逐渐兴起。微课作为一种结合面对面教学和在线学习的混合学习模式,能有效提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,满足学生个性化学习的需求,提高教学效果。建设实用高效的高职出纳实务课程微课资源,并在实践教学中运用,可以在一定程度上破解高职会计专业"工学结合"的现实难题,满足会计工作岗位的专业需求。From the first appearance of Mr Hu Tiesheng' s concept of "micro-lecture", it has thrived in China gradually. Micro- lecture, as a combined form of teaching and learning online, effectively improves students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, meets the needs of personalized learning, and improves the teaching effect. The construction of course resources, and the application in the practice can solve the difficulty in the "combination of learning and working" and meet the needs of professional accounting jobs.
