摘 要:在再生混凝土中双掺橡胶粒和粉煤灰,通过试验研究了橡胶粒、粉煤灰掺量和橡胶粒径对再生混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响规律,并初步探讨了其作用机理。结果表明:随着橡胶粒或粉煤灰掺量的增加,再生混凝土的坍落度逐渐增强,28d立方体抗压强度不断减小,且粉煤灰对强度的降低幅度大于橡胶粒;由于两者的超叠效应,双掺橡胶粒、粉煤灰的再生混凝土坍落度比单掺或不掺时有较大的提升,而立方体抗压强度则出现较大幅度的下降;在橡胶粒、粉煤灰掺量相同的情况下,随着橡胶粒径的减小,再生混凝土的坍落度和28 d立方体抗压强度均随之降低;双掺橡胶粒、粉煤灰后,再生混凝土仍具有良好的黏聚性和保水性。Mixing crumb rubber and fly ash into recycled concrete, the influence of crumb rubber rate and fly ash rate and rubber size on workability and compressive strength of recycled concrete was studied through the experiment. And the action mechanism was also researched preliminarily. The results show that with the increase in the content of crumb rubber or fly ash, the slump of recycled concrete raises and 28 d cubic compressive strength decreases gradually ,meanwhile the decreasing amplitude of strength caused by fly ash is lar- ger than crumb rubber. Due to synergistic effect, the slump rises and cubic compressive strength drops greatly of recycled concrete con- taining crumb rubber and fly ash. As the amount of crumb rubber and fly ash is under the same condition, both slump and 28 d cubic compressive strength reduce with the decrease of crumb rubber size. Recycled concrete mixed by crumb rubber and fly ash has good ad- hesiveness and water retention.
