摘 要:通过电子商务平台的整合,利用网络低交易成本的优势,把大量的因为成本原因游离在主流采购市场之外的"随机经营品采购"类型的交易客户,集中起来服务并把其变成了"系统经营品采购"客户,这种集腋成裘的方式所形成的市场,完全颠覆了以前市场目标客户的定位基础,引发了巨大商机,通过电子商务平台的建立,摆脱长期以来外企的压力,在这个巨大的细分市场建立新的分配机制。本文通过对细分市场及目标客户的分析,匹配电子商务平台设计,对供应链和企业内部信息化流程整合等问题的研究和探讨,制定能够给企业一个完整的、具有现实工作指导意义的、可实施的电子商务的战略转化模式。Integrating the E-commerce Platform, taking advantage of the low business cost of network, we can provide service to the “random management purchase” customers who are out of the main purchasing market because of its higher costs and turn them into “system management purchase” customers. The improved market completely overturns the traditional foundation of the market target customers, open up huge business opportunities. With new E-commerce Platforms set up, we overcome the pressure from the competing foreign enterprises, and establish a new mechanism of distribution in the huge market with further subdivisions.This paper, on the basis of analyses of the subdivided market and the target customers, balancing an E-commerce Platform design, and studies and explorations into the supply chain, the integration of the information stream within the corporations and other issues, establishes a strategic conversion model which can provide an integrated, practical and applicable E-commerce for the enterprises.
