摘 要:针对软件质量评估中指标的模糊性和多样性等特征,以ISO9126质量模型为基础,将模糊物元法与层次分析法相结合建立软件质量评价模型。引用改进的层次分析法确定指标权重,避免一致性检验,利用模糊物元法对软件质量进行综合评价,结合模糊集和贴近度概念对软件质量做出评价,为软件质量评价提供一条可行的新途径。选取国内五家医院的医疗自助系统为例,从功能性、易用性、可靠性等五个方面作为评判指标并对其进行综合评判。通过结合实例应用,验证了该方法的可行性与实用性,极大地提高了软件质量评价工作效率。Aiming at the fuzziness and diversity of index in software quality evaluation ,the evaluation model on quality of software is established using the combination of the fuzzy matter-element method and the improved analytic hierarchy process .On the basis of quality ISO9126 model , the improved analytic hierarchy process is refered to determine index weight ,effectively avoid judging the matrix consistency test and adjustment ,use fuzzy matter-element method for compre-hensive evaluation of software quality ,combine fuzzy sets and Euclid approach degree to make the concept of software quality evaluation ,it provides a possible new approach for software quality evaluation .Five domestic hospital's medical self-help systems are selected as an example ,five software quality are evaluated by the proposed method in terms of ,functionality ,us-ability ,maintainability and so on .Combining with the practical application ,the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method is verified ,greatly improve the efficiency of software quality evaluation .
