摘 要:以玉米淀粉胶粘剂胶接旋切单板(如阿尤斯、椴木及高含水率杉木等)制成科技木,经刨切后获得薄木;以杨木单板作为对照样,以青霉、木霉和黑曲霉为试菌,对薄木和对照样进行防霉对比试验。研究结果表明:当玉米淀粉胶粘剂中w(防霉剂)=0.1%或0.3%时,不同薄木(如阿尤斯、椴木及杉木等)对各霉菌(如青霉、木和黑曲霉等)均有良好的防霉效果,其防霉效果大小依次为黑曲霉>青霉>木霉;杉木对霉菌的抑制作用相对最强。The science woods were prepared by corn starch adhesive bonding rotary cut veneer(such as ayous, basswood and high moisture fir), then the veneer was prepared by slicing science wood. The contrast tests between veneers and comparing sample were implemented when the poplar veneer was used as comparing sample, the penicillium, trichoderma and aspergillus were used as tested mold. The research results showed that the different veneers(such as ayous, basswood and fir) had all the good mouldproof effect on each molds (such as penicillium, trichoderma and aspergillus), and their mouldproof effect size was aspergillus〉penicillium〉trichoderma when mass fraction of mould inhibitor was 0.1% or 0.3% in corn starch adhesive. The fir was relatively strongest in inhibiting mold.
