摘 要:介绍了由铬镍当量(Creq、Nieq)关系式决定的奥氏体不锈钢焊条焊缝金属的4种金相组织图,即Schaeffler、Delong、WRC-1988和WRC-1992组织图的特点和适用条件。其中Schaeffler组织图是应用最多的一种相图,而利用WRC-1988和WRC-1992组织图是通过成分预测双相组织的不锈钢焊条焊缝金属中的铁素体数(FN)是最精确的。同时还介绍Cr、Ni和C、N等主要成分对组织影响规律的研究成果:Cr、Ni对组织起决定性影响,合金元素总量为50%~65%,Ni/Cr略大于0.8和Creq〉(0.93Nieq+6.7)时,焊缝为纯奥氏体组织;合金元素总量为35~45%,Cr/Ni约大于1.4和Creq〉(0.93Nieq+6.7)时,焊缝为双相组织;通过控制Cr、Ni、C、N等合金元素含量和Creq、Nieq在一定范围内的变化,可使铁素体含量达到所需要的最佳值;强力的奥氏体形成元素C和N,可大大提高Nieq值,明显影响组织。对奥氏体不锈钢焊条的研究,特别是对焊丝化学成分的设计,具有实际意义和参考价值。The thesis introduces the 4 kinds of metallograph of Austenitic stainless steel weld metal decided by chromium nickel equivalent relationship,i.e, the characteristics and applications of Schaeffler,Delong,WRC-1988 and WRC-1992 organization graphs. Schaeffler organization graph is the most commonly used phase diagram,WRC-1988 and WRC-1992 are the most abstract graphs used to predict the FN of stainless steel weld of metal duplex stainless steels.At the same time introduces Cr, Ni and the main effect regular of the main constituent of C,N to the steel: Cr,Ni have a decisive effect on the organization,when the amount of alloy elements is about 50%~65%,Nr/Cr is about more than 0.8 and Creq (0.93 Nieq+6.7),the weld is pure austenite; when the amount of alloy elements is about 35%-45%,Cr/N is more than 1.4 and Creq〉(0.93 Nieq+6.7),weld is dual phase microstructure; by controlling the content of Cr,Ni,C,N and other alloy elements and the change of Creq,Nieq in a certain scope,the ferrite content could reach the best; as the strong Austenite formation elements, C and N can improve the Nieq value greatly,impact on the organization clearly. All of the 'above points have practical significance and reference value on the study of austenitic stainless steel electrode, especially to the design of the chemical composition of welding wire.
