基层医院呼吸科的卫生知识宣传的普及

摘　　要：目的探讨分析基层医院呼吸科的卫生知识宣传的普及。方法选取笔者所在医院人住呼吸科3d的患者200例,将两组患者进行随机平均分为两组,一组为对照组100例,一组为观察组100例,两组患者均采用专业的护理人员进行有效的卫生知识宣传。除了对照组没有发放健康宣传教卡之外,两组患者采用的卫生知识普及的方法都相同,对两组患者的卫生知识普及效果进行对比分析。结果观察组100例患者中,满意患者数为73例,基本满意患者数为25例,不满意患者数为2例,总满意率为98%,由两组比较可知,观察组患者对基层医院卫生知识宣传的满意程度要明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在发放健康卡的同时,一定要进行口头的教育和解释,从而使得患者能够对健康卡上的内容有一个初步的认识,从而使得患者能够对健康卡感兴趣,找出其中适合自己的健康信息知识,从而能够使得患者了解到具体的卫生知识,有利于保障患者的身体健康。Objective To investigate the popularization of primary hospital department of respiration analysis of health knowledge propaganda.Methods We selected hospital in Department of respiration 3 days of the 200 patients,two patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was 100 cases in the control group,a group of 100 cases in observation group,two groups of patients by nursing professionals to conduct effective health education.In addition to a control group without issuing health propaganda to teach card outside,are the same methods of health knowledge popularization of two groups were used in the two groups of patients,health knowledge popularization effect were analyzed.Results In the observation group,100 patients,all cases were satisfied with the number of 73 cases,basically satisfied with the number of patients for 25 cases of patients,not satisfied with the number of 2 cases,the total satisfaction rate of 98%,is composed of two groups of comparison,patients in the observation group satisfaction of basic level hospital health knowledge propaganda to be significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In the issuance of a health card at the same time,we must carry out oral education and interpretation,so that patients can have a preliminary understanding of the health card content,so that patients can card interested in health,find out the suitable health information from the knowledge of their own,and can make the patients to learn specific health knowledge,is conducive to the protection of the health of patients.
