高金合金和镍铬合金冠桥修复体对牙周组织远期影响的比较

摘　　要：目的比较高金合金和镍铬合金冠桥修复体对牙周组织的远期影响。方法选取2011年1月~2012年5月在本院行冠桥修复治疗的84例患者作为研究对象,根据修复材料分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用镍铬合金冠桥修复,观察组采用高金合金冠桥修复,比较两组修复后及修复完成3年的牙周组织标化及邻牙牙周变化情况。结果观察组的边缘密合度、修复体颜色、颈缘染色显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组3年后的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的牙周探诊深度比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论高金合金在不影响患者牙周深度的基础上对牙周组织有着更好的远期临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the long-term influence of high aurum alloy and nickel-chromium alloy crown bridge restoration on periodontal tissue. Methods 84 patients with crown bridge restoration in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the repair material.The control group was treated with nickel-chromium alloy crown bridge restoration,the observation group was treated with high aurum alloy crown bridge restoration.The situation of periodontal tissue standardized and adjacent teeth periodontal after repair and 3 years after repair in two groups was compared. Results The marginal adaptation efficiency,restoration colour and crown marginal color after repair and 3 years after repair in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The gingival index,plaque index and gingival bleeding index at 3 years after repair in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The probing depth in two groups had no significantly difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Without affecting the patients with periodontal depth,high g aurum alloy has a better curative effect on periodontal tissue,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
