介入性超声引导治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究以介入性超声引导治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用介入性超声引导技术治疗80例卵巢巧克力囊肿,统计一次性治疗囊肿的情况,并对患者复发的原因进行了分析。结果经过1年的随访观察,80例患者中有71例得到有效治疗,有9例患者出现复发,占11.25%。手术过程中有15例患者出现了血压升高、腹痛等不良反应,对手术的正常进行影响不大。结论介入性超声引导治疗囊肿效果显著,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided interventional treatment for ovarian chocolate cysts.Methods 80 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts received ultrasound-guided interventional technology.The data of treatment on chocolate cyst by one-time surgical treatment was collected,and the causes of disease recurrence were also analyzed.Results After 1 year follow-up,71 cases received effective treatment in 80 patients,9 cases had recurrence （11.25%）.15 patients ap-peared adverse reactions on procedure such as high blood pressure,abdominal pain,but it had little impact on normal operation. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment for cysts is effective with less complications,it is worthy of clinical appli-cation.
