摘　　要：脑出血是严重危害人类身心健康的常见病,脑出血后脑水肿是脑出血的重要病理生理过程,是患者病情恶化和死亡的主要原因,正确认识脑水肿的形成机制,并及时、正确地处理,能明显改善脑出血患者的预后。Hemntencephalon is a common disease that seriously endanger people＇s physical and mentalhealth, and encephaledema caused by hemntencephalon is the important pathophysiological procedure,which is a material reason for deterioration and death in patients with hemntencephalon. It maysignificantly improve prognosis if we correctly understand the mechanism, and give the treatment properly aswell as promptly.
