摘 要:基于下肢螺旋CT扫描,保留主要的解剖学结构,建立了中国50百分位男性小腿有限元模型。应用中国人体测量学数据进行模型缩放,对皮质骨厚度进行精确的模拟。基于Ls-Dyna材料模型模拟皮质骨拉、压特性和应变率特性。对模型进行小腿的准静态轴向压缩验证以及胫骨、腓骨与小腿的准静态三点弯曲验证和近心端1/3、中部和远心端1/3的动态三点弯曲验证。验证结果显示:仿真验证曲线与试验曲线走势吻合较好,峰值力大小与出现时刻基本一致,表明所建立的模型生物逼真度较高。Based on the spiral CT scan of lower limbs with major anatomical structures reserved, a lower leg FE model for the Chinese 50th percentile male is established. Model scaling is conducted based on the anthropome-try for Chinese with cortical bone thickness accurately simulated, and the tension, compression and strain character-istics of cortical bones are simulated by the material model in LS-DYNA. Then the quasi-static axial compression verification for lower leg and the quasi-static three-point-bending verifications ( including proximal 1/3 , middle and distal 1/3) for tibia, fibula and lower leg are performed on the model. The results indicate that the trends of simula-tion verification curves agree well with that of test curves, with the magnitudes and appearing moments of peak forces basically coincided, demonstrating the high biofidelity of the model built.
