摘　　要：分析了《织物组织与结构》课程教学的现状,实践了改革措施:重组、更新和延伸了理论教学内容;加强了现场教学、织物计算机辅助设计与试织、面料分析等实践、实验环节的学习;提出了借助于多媒体的多样化教学方式的应用,并指出企业个性定制的教学改革方向,实施以来获得了良好的教学效果。Present Teaching situation of fabric weaving and structure course was analyzed, reform measures were practiced ： theoretical teaching content was restructured, updated and extended ; learning of practice and experiment including field teaching, fabric computer aided design and weaving, fabric analysis was strengthened; Application of multimedia diversified teaching methods was put forward, and teaching reform direction of corporate personality customization was pointed out. Good teaching effect was obtained since implementation.
