骨科护理管理中风险管理理念的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析骨科护理管理中风险管理理念的临床实际应用效果。方法选取于2014年1月—2014年12月期间在该院接受治疗的110例骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各55例,对对照组只进行一般的常规护理,观察组则在此基础上进行护理风险管理。结果与实施一般化常规护理的对照组相比,实施护理风险管理的观察组的护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05),护理质量也明显较好(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理管理中应用风险管理理念能够提升患者护理满意度的同时,取得更好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical practice in orthopedic care management risk management philosophy. Methods In January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital treated 110 cases of fracture patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups and the control group. Results Compared with the implementation of a generalized usual care control group, the risk management of nursing care satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher（P0.05）, the quality of care was significantly better（P0.05）. Conclusion Orthopedic care management application of risk management concepts can improve patient care while satisfaction, achieve better therapeutic effect.
