摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛教育对中晚期鼻咽癌患者癌痛控制的重要性。方法资料选自2013年1月—2015年2月期间人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的中晚期鼻咽癌疼痛患者及其家属共50例,对他们进行系统的疼痛教育的干预,并分析疼痛教育前后疼痛程度的变化情况。结果实施疼痛教育后癌痛患者在疼痛教育前后疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过进行疼痛教育干预,无论是癌痛患者还是家属,都可以有效减少患者对疼痛治疗的忧虑心态,一定程度上促使患者提升配合用药的依从性,也将加大患者对治疗的满意度,对减轻癌痛患者的疼痛具有重要作用。Objective To explore the importance of education for advanced cancer pain control in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 50 cases of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our department and their families were treated with a series of pain education, and analyzed the changes of pain degree in the patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results After the implementation of pain education in patients with cancer pain has significant difference in the degree of pain before and after pain education（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For cancer patients and their families were pain education intervention, can significantly reduce the patients for the treatment of pain of anxiety level and improve the patient compliance and satisfaction with treatment, has an important role to alleviate pain in patients with cancer pain.
