盐酸羟考酮缓释片对中重度癌痛维持治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片维持治疗中重度癌痛临床效果。方法将110例中重度癌痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组采用硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片持续治疗,对比2组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.73%明显高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.681,P〈0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.909,P〉0.05）。结论采用硫酸羟考酮缓释片维持治疗中重度癌痛疗效稳定,止痛效果好,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets maintenance treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods 110 patients of moderate to severe cancer pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 55 cases. Control group used morphine sustained-release tablets,observation group used oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. Compared the therapeutic effects and adverse events of two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92. 73% higher than 78. 18% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 4. 681,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The use of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets maintenance treatment of moderate to severe pain,efficacy and stability,good analgesic effect,have clinical value.
