摘 要:面对日趋严重的细菌耐药性问题,深入了解细菌的多重耐药机制、建立快速有效的检测方法至关重要。本文分别从基因水平、蛋白质水平及生理水平等方面阐述细菌的多重耐药机制,并且枚举Kirby-Bauer法、PCR技术法、酶动力学参数测定法、生物膜(BF)中的细菌耐药性检测方法、VBNC状态细菌的检测法、快速原位测定法和生物传感器测定法等七种检测方法。本文还简介了一些新型治疗方法,并对国内外在该领域的最新研究进展和研究趋势进行了讨论。Drug-resistant strains of bacteria that threaten human health have sharply increased in recent years as a result of antimicrobial misuse and the appearance of genes that confer drug resistance to bacteria. The mechanisms of bacterial drug resistance must be explored and quick and effective means of detecting drug resistance must be developed to cope with the increasingly serious problems resulting from bacterial drug resistance. Since there are numerous complex mecha- nisms of bacterial drug resistance, this review describes the mechanisms of bacterial multidrug resistance at the gene lev- el, protein level, and the physiology level. This review also describes 7 methods of surveilling bacterial drug resistance, including the Kirby-Bauer test, PCR techniques, determination of enzyme kinetic parameters, measuring the drug resist- ance of bacterial biofilms (BF), testing for bacteria in a VBNC state, a rapid in situ technique for determination of bacte- rial susceptibility or resistance to antibiotics, and imaging with a charge-coupled device (CCD) camera. This review sum- marizes new therapies to treat bacterial infections and it describes the latest advances in the study of bacterial drug resist- ance and trends in that research. The information provided in this review should greatly facilitate rational drug and treat- ment selection.
