摘 要:目的研究4种消毒剂调和法对3种口腔石膏模型表面硬度、压缩强度及抗弯强度的影响。方法制作圆柱体金属模具,硅橡胶取模,分别用2%戊二醛、0.5%次氯酸钠、0.5%84消毒液、0.5%三氯异氰尿酸4种消毒剂调和熟石膏、硬石膏和超硬石膏,以蒸馏水调和作为对照组,分别灌注石膏模型,测定其表面硬度、压缩强度及抗弯强度,并进行统计学分析。结果 4种消毒剂调和消毒后,3种石膏模型在表面硬度、压缩强度及抗弯强度方面与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 4种消毒剂调和法对口腔石膏模型的表面硬度、压缩强度及抗弯强度均无明显影响。[Objective ] To study the influence of four kinds of disinfectants mixed with gypsum on sur- face hardness, compressive strength and flexure strength of three kinds of oral gypsum models. [Methods] Metal cylinder mould and silicone impression were made. Four kinds of disinfectants i.e. 2% glutaraldehyde, 0.5% sodium hypochlorite, 0.5% 84 disinfectant and 0.5% trichloroisocyanuric acid were used to mix plaster, dental stone and high strength dental stone; distilled water was used instead of disinfectants for control. Plas- ter models were then perfused respectively. After disinfection, the surface hardness, compressive strength and flexure strength of the gypsum models were tested and the statistical analyses were made. [ Results ] After dis- infection of gypsum with the four kinds of disinfectants, the surface hardness, compressive strength and flexure strength of the three gypsum models had no significant differences from those of the control group (P〉 0.05). [ Conclusions ] The disinfection method of mixing the four kinds of disinfectants with gypsum won't affect the surface hardness, compressive strength and flexure strength of oral gypsum models.
