摘　　要：目的:探讨FGFR4在我国肺腺癌组织中的表达以及与肺腺癌患者临床病理因素、术后生存和预后的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测128例肺腺癌组织和正常肺组织FGFR4的表达;并分析FGFR4的表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:128例肺腺癌组织中FGFR4蛋白表达低于癌旁正常肺组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),FGFR4蛋白的表达与患者的性别、吸烟状况、年龄大小、肿瘤侵犯脏层胸膜的情况、CEA在血清中的含量、肿瘤所在位置均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。FGFR4的表达与TNM分期以及肿瘤分化情况、T分期、N分期有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析法结果显示,高表达FGFR4蛋白组的肺腺癌患者的手术后生存时间较肺癌患者的低表达组明显延长(P<0.05)。结论 :肺腺癌组织中FGFR4蛋白表达低于癌旁正常肺组织,FGFR4蛋白高表达组的肺腺癌患者术后生存时间较低表达组肺癌患者明显延长,FGFR4可能是肺癌的一个保护性因素。Objective association with the prognosis adenocarcinoma tissue and the To investigate the expression of FGFR4 of lung adenocarcinoma. Results The expression of FGFR4 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the tumor-adjacent normal lung tissue （P 〈 0.05）. Expression of FGFR4 protein was not significantly assocoated with gender, age, smoking status, serum CEA levels and tumor location （P 〉 0.05）, but was significantly and positively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and T stage, N stage and the clinical TNM stage of lung adenocarcinoma （P 〈 0.05）.Kaplan-Meier survival test showed that the postoperative survival time in the high expression group of FGFR4 was significantly longer than that in the low FGFR4 expression group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of FGFR4 protein in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the tumor-adjacent normal lung tissue. Postoperative survival time in the high FGFR4expression group was significantly longer than that in the low FGFR4 expression group.
