摘　　要：我国作为一个种植茶叶历史最悠久和产量最大的国家,存在着已有的茶叶食品安全标准远低于欧盟和部分农药残留无国家标准的问题。因此,应当加快制订全面的茶叶食品安全标准,进一步提高我国茶叶食品安全国家标准的通用性、科学性和实用性,建立既符合我国国情、与产业发展和食品安全监管工作相适应,又与国际接轨的食品安全国家标准体系,以求通过法制手段促进我国茶叶产业的提档升级。China is a country with the longest tea history and largest tea production. But the existing tea products safety standards are far lower than that of EU. And there is no national standards in some pesticide residues.This paper proposed that comprehensive tea and food safety standards should be established as soon as possible. And the versatility and applicability of the national food safety standards should be improved,while food safety standards which stricks a balance between domestic industry development and safety surervision situation,as well as international standards. The final goal is to upgarde Chinese tea industry through legal means.
