摘　　要：口底皮样囊肿比较常见,但伴有舌瘘者少见。本文报道1例口底皮样囊肿伴舌瘘的病例,并复习相关文献对其诊断、治疗及发生原因进行探讨。Dermoid cysts in the floor of the mouth with tongue fistula are unusual lesions. This study reported a case of dermoid cyst in the floor of the mouth with tongue fistula, analyzed the causes of such formation, and discussed the appropriate diagnosis and treatment methods by reviewing relevant literature.
