体力劳动人群睡眠质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨体力劳动人群睡眠质量状况,为今后的深入研究提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取体力劳动人群2 100名,使用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表调查体力劳动人群的睡眠情况,比较不同性别、民族、婚姻状况、月收入、工龄及学历的体力劳动人群睡眠质量的差异,采用多元Logistic回归分析体力劳动人群睡眠质量的影响因素。结果 (1)体力劳动人群睡眠障碍的发生率为35.77%;不同婚姻状况、月收入及工龄的体力劳动人群睡眠质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同性别、民族和学历的体力劳动人群睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)体力劳动人群PSQI总分为(6.77±3.37)分;不同性别体力劳动人群主观睡眠质量、睡眠效率及日间功能障碍得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)控制混杂因素后的Logistic回归分析显示,睡眠质量的影响因素为婚姻状况、月收入及工龄。结论体力劳动人群睡眠障碍状况较严重,已婚、收入低及工龄大的体力劳动者睡眠质量较差,应该引起相关部门的注意,从而提高其工作和生活质量。Objective To investigate the sleep quality of manual labor population and provide the foundation for the further studies. Methods 2 100 participants sampled with cluster random methods were asked by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI）. The sleep quality of different gender,nationality,marital status,monthly income,working age and education background were compared. The influence factors of sleep quality of physical labor were analyzed by using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results（ 1） 35. 77% of the manual labor population had presence of sleep disorder. The sleep quality of manual labor population was significant differences in different marital status,monthly income and working years（ P〈0. 05）. But it was not significant differences in different gender,ethnic and academic.（ 2） The total score of PSQI of the manual labor population was（ 6. 77 ±3. 37）. The subjective sleep quality,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction scores of manual labor population were significant differences in different gender.（ 3） The results of logistic regression showed that influence factors for sleep quality were marital status,monthly income and working years. Conclusion The investigation shows that the sleep disorder of manual labor population is serious. The sleep quality of manual labor population who has married,low monthly income and long working life is poor,which should attract the attention of relevant departments and improve the work and life quality of manual labor population.
