Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for Bio-oil Production from Sorghum Straw Hydrolysate by Trichosporon cutaneum Fermentation

摘  要:对皮状丝孢酵母发酵高粱秸秆水解液产脂的培养基组成和发酵条件进行了探索,并对油脂的脂肪酸组成进行了鉴定。结果表明最佳条件为:补加4%蔗糖,0.5%酵母膏+0.5%硫酸铵为氮源,初始p H 5.5,发酵摇瓶装液量为300 m L三角瓶装高粱秸秆水解液25 m L,时间5 d。在最佳条件下于28℃、150 r/min发酵培养得生物量为3.256 g/L,油脂含量为37.1%,产脂能力为1.208 g/L。所产生物油脂的脂肪酸主要为油酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、和硬脂酸;亚油酸含量丰富,更利于后期加工。Medium compositions and fermentation conditions for bio-oil production from sorghum straw hydrolysate by Trichosporon cutaneum strain IFFI01367 were explored, and the lipid composition was identified. The optimal conditions were determined as follows: 4% sugar added, 0. 05% yeast extract and 0. 05% ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source, initial pH 5. 5, 28 ℃, 150 r/min, 25 mL sorghum straw hydrolysate in a 300 mL erlenmeyer flask, fermentation time 5 d. Under these conditions, the biomass reached 3. 256 g/L, oil content was 37. 1% and the oil production capacity was 1. 208 g/L. The main fatty acid of the oil was palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid, it was more rich in linoleic acid and convenient to post-processing.
