摘  要:氯氧镁水泥作为胶凝材料具有强度高、硬化快、腐蚀性低等优点,但其耐水性能比较差,在潮湿环境中强度降低,出现返卤、泛霜现象。为改善氯氧镁水泥性能,在氯氧镁水泥中加入糯米浆,制成标准试样,自然养护7 d、14 d、21 d龄期,测试其抗压强度和软化系数,并对21 d龄期样品进行X-射线衍射(XRD)物相分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)微观形貌分析。结果表明,2%的糯米浆可提高氯氧镁水泥的强度和软化系数,对氯氧镁水泥具有很好的改性作用。Magnesium oxychloride cement, as the cementing material, has high strength, rapid hardening, low corrosion, but its strength loss is large used in the damp environment, and the phenomenon of halogen moisture absorption returned appears. In order to improve the performance of magnesium oxychloride cement, glutinous rice was added in magnesium oxychloride cement slurry, to make standard samples. After natural curing 7 d, 14 d and 21 d, the compressive strength and softening coefficient were tested, and the sample of 21 d curing was analyzed by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) phase analysis and scanning electron microscope ( SEM) microstructure analysis. The results showed that 2% of glutinous rice paste can improve the strength and softening coefficient of magnesium oxychloride cement, had the very good modification effect of magnesium oxychloride cement.
