摘　　要：结合地方高校的发展特点,以产学研基地建设为契机,以培养应用型人才为主要目标,通过改革实验教学方法,优化实验体系和完善考核制度与产学研培养模式相结合,逐步建立一套适合地方高校微生物专业科学发展的实验课程体系,对全面调动学生的主观能动性,提高大学生综合素质和创新能力具有深远意义。According to the development characteristics of local colleges and universities, production-study-research base construction as the turning point, application-oriented talent cultivation as the main target, the teaching methods were reformed, the contents and evaluation system of microbiology experimental teaching were optimized in order to establish a set of experimental teaching system suit for microbiology in local colleges and universities. The reform hasd far-reaching significance on mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve them comprehensive quality and innovative abilities.
