摘　　要：人才是社会发展的基础,普及高等教育已然成为可能,胡锦涛在庆祝清华大学100周年的讲话上明确了教育规划纲要,同时期教育部贯彻落实讲话精神以及教育规划纲要,教育部、财政部规定在"十二五"期间大力实施"本科教学工程"。以学生为主体,利用现代多媒体和实验相结合的教学方法,大力开展创新教育,提高学生的创新能力和适应能力。培养能够更好的适应未来社会发展需要的高素质人才。Talent is the foundation of social development, the popularization of higher education is becoming reality, In order to implement the spirit of the General Secretary Hu Jintao’s important speech in the 100 th anniversary of the Tsinghua University and Education Plan, the ministry of Education and Finance decided to continue implement of undergraduate teaching quality and reform of higher institution during the 12 th Five Years Plan priod （＆quot;Undergraduate Teaching Project＆quot;） . Student-centered, combining modern multimedia teaching methods and experiment, developing innovative education vigorously, improved their ability to adapt society. Training highly qualified talent can better adapt to needs of social development in the future.
