摘　　要：导学是教师对学生引导学习、引导实践和引导发展.在大学物理教学中开展导学与学生自主学习的研究与实践发现,学生自主学习必须要有教师的精心引导.导学是目前适应学生自主学习,提高学习效率最有效的教育教学方式之一.在今后相当一段时期,我国各高校在以学生为本的教育理念下,将会倡导导学与学生自主学习的教学方式.Guidance is the teacher to guide students learning,practice and growth.By carrying out guidance and students autonomous learning research and practice in college physics course,it is observed that autonomous learning must be under the teacher＇s careful guidance.The practice shows that guidance is one of the most effective ways of accommodating the students＇ autonomous learning and improving the learning efficiency.In the future for a long period,the teaching mode of learners＇ guidance and students＇ autonomous learning are advocating in the universities which in the student-oriented ideal.
