摘  要:采用Hypermesh建立了立式木工铣床的有限元模型,利用ANSYS建立了铣床的结合面参数模型,并进行了有限元分析;应用锤击法对木工铣床进行了模态试验,将理论分析与试验分析结果进行对比,误差总体在13.6%以内,验证了结合面参数模型的正确性;最后给出了整机结构的薄弱环节并进行了优化,根据优化前后分析结果对比,优化后固有频率提高2.32%~14.0%,所对应的相对位移量最大降低了44.4%,铣床的动态性能得到提高。The finite element model of vertical woodworking milling tool is established by the software Hypermesh.The model of the parameters of combined interfaces is further established and the finite element modal analysis is conducted by the software ANSYS. The experimental modal analysis of the vertical woodworking milling tool is made by using hammer-hitting method. Through comparing the results of the finite element analysis and the modal test, the error controls is with the less of 13.6% and the model of the parameters of the combined interfaces are validated. Finally, based on the finite element and the experimental modal analysis results, the relative weaker parts of the milling tool are found and the structure of milling tool is optimized. According to the comparison of the analysis results before and after optimization,the inherent frequency increases 2.32%~14.0% and the relative displacement is reduced 44.4%. The dynamic performance of milling machine is improved.
